1 Year Warranty

**Warranty Information**

At MySmartPaw, we stand by the quality of our products. Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards. Our warranty covers products free from defects for up to 1 year from purchase. We will replace or refund your product at no charge and cover shipping costs. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, modification, damage, general wear and tear, or accidents.

Our detailed profiles include crucial information such as multiple phone numbers and addresses, comprehensive health details covering medications and allergies, and behavior insights to help others understand your pet's interactions with other animals and children. Additionally, you'll find important provider information, including your vet's name and contact details, alongside a brief bio that highlights your pet's unique personality. With SmartPaw, you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is well-protected!
